The rooms were brand-new, especially those with a full ocean-facing balcony as well as 2 double beds. The food provided was good.

I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a couch, a living room, and a couch bed. The highlight was the good food.

Lovely place for 3 nights with courteous staff who could n't get hold of the management. Brand-new rooms with 2 double beds for hotel guests. A stunning and absolutely perfect location near restaurants and bars. Also, easy to get to Art Deco Historic District. A great selection of different restaurants and bars to eat outside the property.

I recently stayed at Strand On Ocean and had an amazing experience. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and spacious with a great view of the beach. The location was perfect, right across the street from the ocean and within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The rooftop pool and bar was a great bonus. Thank you for an amazing stay!

The location was convenient and the room was spacious.

Upon arrival, entering the building I was frankly disappointed by the looks of it. As soon as I walked to the front desk I was annoyed by a smell much like the one you would come across in a basement or an old house. I saw past the smell and went on to pay. Right after the receptionist swiped my credit card I was told to my surprise that it was declined. They insisted that I was the one with the problem and kept on being unfriendly towards me. Turned out their system was faulty. The single elevator in the hotel was broken and we had to climb the stairs to get to our room. Needless to say that both the corridor and the room had the same bitter smell. The bathroom door in the room wouldn't close and the balcony door wouldn't open. They, however fixed the problem later that day. When I opened the A/C I noticed that the air coming out smelled the same as that disgusting odor in the corridors. You couldn't help feeling unclean adding to the problem I noticed eye-liner stains on my pillow. By night, the corridors were illuminated by tiring blue lights, lights with color and texture such as in UV lamps. The price was insanely high for what the "hotel" had to offer (plus the room had city view) but at least breakfast was included, they unfortunately forgot to mention that only items worth 5.75 $ were covered. I can with confidence say that, that ugly looking, aesthetically unpleasing hotel should be nothing but the very last resort for anyone who would like to stay in Miami.

The hotel offers excellent value for money, especially considering its prime location on Ocean Drive right across from the beach. The staff at this hotel provide attentive and friendly service, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay. The rooms are equipped with 2 double beds and a full ocean-facing balcony, allowing guests to enjoy beautiful views of the ocean.

This is surely the best brand-new hotel, really good staff, huge rooms. Its location is stunning, next to an excellent design museum. It has a roof top bar.

This was my third stay at this hotel ( formerly The Strand ). It's still the best location for everything. Will definitely do it again.
